Lunch-Tech

At LISKI, we organize every other Tuesday, a MidiTech, one or more employees present a technology or a project to the rest of the team over a meal.

Afterwork

Fancy a chat over a drink after work? Afterworks are organized to get together and maintain this relaxed atmosphere (and we don’t discuss work!)

Seminar

Each year, we ALL go on seminars abroad in an idyllic holiday setting. Privileged moment to take stock and share sporting or festive activities in order to strengthen knowledge of the other and this cohesion within the team.

Organization

We have a pleasant and spacious working environment, our premises, designed by an interior designer, are located right in the city center of Rennes. They have open or closed work and meeting spaces, places to relax, cafeterias and showers for athletes!

We can also choose to telework from home and choose the best match between professional and personal life.

Ecological impact

Our premises are located 6 minutes walk from the station, the metro and the bus stops of lines 11, C1, C2 are at the foot of our premises.

To encourage you to use public transport, we cover 100% of the subscription whatever it is and wherever you live.

Sharing the fruits of growth

On the sidelines of the traditional salary package: mutual health insurance and public transport subscription fully covered, restaurant tickets, hardship costs, reimbursement of a telecom package. We have set up a profit-sharing agreement.

Every year, since the creation of LIKSI, employees have received, on an equitable basis, without any position or salary conditions, one date of the incentive available to them. Either by placing it on a PEE on PERCO or by receiving it directly.
