    Depending on your profile, we will offer you a technical questionnaire related to your specialty (back, front, full-stack, devOps, data). Your answers will guide and then conduct the technical interviews.

  4. Challenge yourself

    We suggest that you take a technical interview with one of our developers in order to assess your knowledge and analytical skills using simulation exercises.

    Before mutually signing our commitments, we go through all the facets of our profession without taboos and answer all your questions.

  6. Integration

    We support you upon your arrival through an integration process:

    • Reception of your work tools and LIKSI branded goodies
    • ½ day presentation of our processes by the HR team
    • Meeting with your technical coach and your manager, sometimes the same person
    • Meet the team of your first project assignment

In addition to the regular meetings organized by the managers within the projects, we do a review after 1 month, then 3 months of presence in order to check that your integration is going as well as possible.

This organization presupposes that our teams share a common base of development know-how. In addition to this base, we have specializations or roles s such as architect, scrum master, product owner, data scientist, UX Designer or even expert in a particular field.

We therefore have a flat or networked organization that is organized to meet the needs of projects where roles are clearly defined (management, PO, scrum master, architect, UX designer, developers, testers, devOps). Engineers can therefore play one role on a project and another role on another project.

This organization promotes discussion, situational awareness and skill development. The teams are always benevolent and coaching is put in place to guarantee the success of the missions entrusted to the actors discovering a new role.

We capitalize on LIKI’s know-how through the CoreTeam, made up of architects and representatives of our areas of expertise.
